Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, beaten egg, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly with your hands or a large spoon until well combined.
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a loaf shape. Place the meatloaves onto the prepared baking sheet.
Spoon a tablespoon of marinara sauce on top of each meatloaf, spreading it gently to cover the surface.
Drizzle a little olive oil over the top of each meatloaf to help with browning.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the meatloaves are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Once baked, allow the meatloaves to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
