Ingredients

1 pound ground chicken

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably whole wheat)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1 large egg

1/2 cup milk

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried basil

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup ketchup (for topping)

Extra Parmesan and parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper for easier removal.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, dried basil, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Pour the wet mixture into the chicken mixture and mix until just combined (do not overmix).

Transfer the meatloaf mixture into the prepared loaf pan, shaping it evenly.

Spread the ketchup over the top of the meatloaf as a glaze.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Serve warm, garnished with additional grated Parmesan and chopped parsley.
