Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully incorporated.

Open the biscuit dough can and separate the dough into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a small circle using your fingers or a rolling pin.

Place a heaping tablespoon of the cheeseburger filling in the center of each biscuit.

Gather the edges of the biscuit dough around the filling and pinch to seal tightly, ensuring the filling does not escape.

Place the stuffed biscuit bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush each bomb with melted butter for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Garnish with chopped parsley for a pop of color.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 12 bombs
