Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (for sprinkling)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.

On a clean surface, roll out the biscuit dough and separate each biscuit into two halves to create 16 smaller pieces.

Take a piece of the dough and flatten it in your palm. Place a tablespoon of the meat mixture in the center of the dough.

Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal it completely, forming a ball. Repeat until all the beef mixture is used.

Place the stuffed dough balls on the prepared baking sheet. Brush them with the melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder for extra flavor.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and the beef is cooked through.

Once baked, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
