Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 package (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Take a small portion of the beef mixture (about 1-2 tablespoons) and flatten it slightly in your hand. Place about a tablespoon of cheddar and mozzarella cheese in the center. Fold the beef around the cheese, forming a tight ball. Repeat the process until all the beef is used.

Open the can of biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.

Place the cheese-filled beef ball in the center of the flattened biscuit. Bring the edges of the biscuit together to seal the beef ball within. Pinch tightly to ensure no filling leaks out.

Arrange the stuffed biscuits on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.

In a small bowl, mix melted butter with grated Parmesan cheese. Brush the mixture over the top of each biscuit.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before garnishing with chopped parsley.
