Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Open the crescent roll dough and unroll it on a clean surface. Separate the dough into the individual triangles.

For each triangle, place about 1.5 tablespoons of the cheeseburger mixture at the wide end of the dough.

Roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end and tucking the edges to seal the filling inside. Ensure no gaps remain. Repeat until all filling is used.

Place the formed bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, seam side down.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with a pinch of garlic powder. Brush this mixture generously over each cheeseburger bomb.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
