Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated.

Take a small amount of the beef mixture (about 1 tablespoon) and flatten it in your palm. Place 1 tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese in the center.

Carefully wrap the beef around the cheese, rolling it into a ball to encase the cheese completely. Repeat this process until all the beef mixture is used.

Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut the dough into squares (approximately 4x4 inches).

Place one cheeseburger ball in the center of each square of dough. Gather the edges of the dough up around the ball and pinch to seal tightly.

Arrange the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, seam side down. Brush each ball with olive oil for a golden finish.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the tops of the sealed dough balls.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 12 bombs
