Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup biscuit dough (from a tube)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions and roll them into small balls.

Take the biscuit dough and flatten each piece in the palm of your hand. Place one meatball and a tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese in the center of each biscuit.

Fold the dough around the meatball and cheese, sealing it completely. Place the bombs seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.

In another bowl, mix the melted butter with grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture over the tops of each bomb.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the meat is cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley for a pop of color.

                  Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 12
