Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

4 slices of crispy bacon, chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons melted butter

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped bacon, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Roll Biscuits: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit out into a circle using your hands or a rolling pin, around 4 inches in diameter.

Fill Biscuits: Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture onto the center of each flattened biscuit.

Seal and Shape: Pull the edges of the biscuit dough up and over the filling, creating a ball shape. Pinch the seams tightly to seal, ensuring there are no openings.

Coat and Bake: Place the filled and sealed bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and grated Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture generously over each bomb.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and cooked through.

Garnish: Once out of the oven, allow to cool slightly, then sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

                  Prep Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 35 mins | Servings: 8

                    - Presentation Tips: Arrange the cheeseburger bombs on a serving platter with a side of ketchup and mustard for dipping. For an extra touch, you can sprinkle more Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
