2 lobster tails

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Using kitchen shears, carefully cut down the top of each lobster tail, stopping just before the end. Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.

      In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

        Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring frequently.

          Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese and continue stirring until the sauce is creamy and smooth. Stir in the garlic powder and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

            In a baking dish, place the lobster tails flesh side up. Pour half of the Alfredo sauce over the lobster tails, ensuring they are well coated.

              Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the lobster is cooked through and opaque.

                Once done, remove from the oven and drizzle the remaining Alfredo sauce over the lobster tails.

                  Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and brush it over the lobster for extra flavor.

                    Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
