Ingredients

1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup pepperoni slices

1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled

1/2 cup mushrooms, diced

1/2 cup bell peppers, diced (any color)

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup black olives, sliced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for spice)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangular shape, about 1/4 inch thick.

Spread an even layer of shredded mozzarella cheese over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Layer the pepperoni slices, crumbled sausage, diced mushrooms, bell peppers, red onion, and black olives on top of the cheese.

Sprinkle garlic powder, dried Italian herbs, and red pepper flakes (if using) evenly over the toppings.

Starting from one long side of the dough, carefully roll it up into a log, sealing the edges as you go. Pinch the seams to ensure everything is enclosed.

Place the rolled dough seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with the beaten egg for a golden finish.

Use a sharp knife to make a few diagonal slashes on the top of the bread for ventilation.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.

Allow the bread to cool for about 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
