Instructions
Start by brewing a strong cup of coffee. Allow it to cool to room temperature or chill in the refrigerator for faster cooling.
In a blender, combine the chilled coffee, milk, ice, caramel sauce, and sugar.
Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and frothy, with the ice finely crushed.
Taste the frappuccino mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
Drizzle the inside of a tall glass with caramel sauce before pouring in the frappuccino blend.
Pour the blended frappuccino into the glass, filling it nearly to the top.
Using a piping bag or spoon, add a generous dollop of whipped cream on top of the frappuccino.
Finish with a drizzle of caramel sauce over the whipped cream and sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top for a delicious contrast.
