1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cucumber, sliced

1 bell pepper (any color), diced

1 small red onion, thinly sliced

1 carrot, shredded

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

Start by washing all the mixed greens under cool running water. Spin them dry in a salad spinner or pat them with a clean kitchen towel.

    In a large salad bowl, place the fresh mixed greens as the base.
