Ingredients

12 small slider buns

1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced

1 cup beef broth

1/2 cup provolone cheese, shredded

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, salt, and pepper, then remove from heat.

In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed onion and garlic mixture with the thinly sliced roast beef. Toss well to coat the beef in the flavorful mixture.

Slice the slider buns in half and prepare a baking dish by placing the bottom halves of the buns in it.

Layer the beef mixture over the bottom halves of the buns. Top with shredded provolone cheese evenly.

Place the top halves of the buns over the beef and cheese.

In a small saucepan, heat the beef broth until warm. Pour about half of the beef broth evenly over the assembled sliders.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the sliders are heated through.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes for a golden, slightly crisp top.

Serve the sliders warm, accompanied by the remaining warm beef broth for dipping.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 6 (2 sliders each)

                          - Presentation Tips: Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve alongside small bowls of broth for dipping on a rustic wooden cutting board.
