1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (for a surprise flavor burst)

Tortilla chips or sliced vegetables for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise; blend until smooth.

Add the chopped spinach, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, onion powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly combined.

Gently fold in the halved cherry tomatoes to give the dip a burst of flavor.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
