1/2 cup of cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup of roasted red peppers, sliced

1 tablespoon of fresh basil, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried basil)

Freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Toothpicks or small skewers

Instructions

Start by laying out the slices of salami flat on a clean cutting board or plate.

Spread a thin layer of cream cheese evenly across each slice of salami using a butter knife or spatula.

Place a slice of provolone cheese on top of the cream cheese on each slice of salami.

Add a few slices of roasted red pepper on top of the provolone.

Sprinkle chopped fresh basil and season with freshly cracked black pepper on each slice.

Carefully roll each slice of salami tightly around the fillings, starting from one end.

Secure each roll-up with a toothpick or small skewer to hold them together.

Repeat the process until you have rolled all the slices.

Arrange the salami roll-ups on a serving platter.

                    Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 10 minutes | Servings: 4 (2 roll-ups each)
