Ingredients

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup baby spinach, chopped

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, thyme, and basil)

Salt and pepper to taste

A pinch of red pepper flakes (optional for a kick)

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and olive oil together.

Add minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

Pour in the heavy cream and stir gently, allowing it to simmer for 3-4 minutes until it slightly thickens.

Gradually stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth and creamy.

Add the chopped spinach and dried Italian herbs, stirring until the spinach wilts, about 2-3 minutes.

Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes if desired.

Remove from heat and toss the sauce with cooked ravioli of your choice until well coated.

                Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 20 minutes | Servings: 4

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the ravioli topped with extra grated Parmesan and a few fresh basil leaves for a pop of color. A drizzle of olive oil can also enhance the visual appeal!
