Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent dough

1 cup sliced pepperoni

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

½ teaspoon garlic powder

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a clean surface, unroll the crescent dough into triangles.

On the wider end of each triangle, layer a few slices of pepperoni and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese, followed by a pinch of Italian seasoning and garlic powder.

Roll each triangle up from the wide end toward the point, encasing the pepperoni and cheese inside. Pinch the edges to seal well.

Place each rolled croissant on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Once baked, remove from oven and let them cool slightly before serving.

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 25 minutes | Servings: 8 rolls

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the croissant rolls warm alongside a small bowl of marinara sauce for dipping. Garnish with a sprig of fresh basil for added color and aroma.
