1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup granulated sugar

2 ripe bananas, sliced

1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix

2 cups cold milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

Extra whipped topping and banana slices for garnish

Instructions
 

In a medium bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar until well incorporated. This will be your crust.

    Press the graham cracker mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of 12 mini pie tins or cupcake liners to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.

      In another bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk for about 2 minutes until it starts to thicken. Stir in the vanilla extract.
