Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 cup small elbow macaroni

1 cup beef broth

1 cup milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant and translucent, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks, about 5-6 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well to incorporate the spices into the meat.

Pour in the beef broth and milk, stirring to combine.

Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then add the elbow macaroni. Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and simmer for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and the liquid has mostly absorbed.

Once the pasta is cooked, remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Serve hot, garnishing with chopped parsley or additional cheese if desired.
