4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, thyme, basil)

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 large eggs

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

    In a medium bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Italian herbs, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly distributed.

      In another bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.

        Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off. Then, coat the chicken in the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure the mixture sticks well.

          Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the chicken to promote browning.
