Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Set aside to marinate for about 10 minutes.

In another bowl, mix the heavy cream and half of the Parmesan cheese until well combined.

In a baking dish, arrange the marinated shrimp in a single layer.

Pour the cream mixture evenly over the shrimp, ensuring they are well coated.

In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, breadcrumbs, remaining Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley. Mix until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated.

Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the shrimp and cream layer generously.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the shrimp are fully cooked (pink and opaque) and the top is golden brown and crispy.

Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.
