Ingredients

4 cups water

3 tablespoons Earl Grey tea leaves (or 3 tea bags)

1 cup fresh raspberries (plus extra for garnish)

1/4 cup honey (adjust to taste)

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

Once boiling, remove the saucepan from heat, add the Earl Grey tea leaves (or tea bags), and steep for about 5-7 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.

While the tea is steeping, in a blender, combine fresh raspberries and honey. Blend until smooth to create a raspberry puree.

After steeping, strain the tea to remove the leaves (or bags) and pour the tea into a large pitcher.

Stir in the raspberry puree, fresh lemon juice, and mix well. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more honey.

Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate it for at least 1 hour to chill.

To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the chilled tea over the ice, and garnish with additional raspberries and fresh mint leaves.
