1 package (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon dried oregano

¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt to taste

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

    In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, red pepper flakes (if using), and a pinch of salt. Set aside.

      Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circular shape.

        Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit.

          Gather the edges of the biscuit around the cheese, pinching to seal and form a ball. Make sure the cheese is completely enclosed.

            Dip each cheese-filled biscuit ball into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring it’s well coated.

              Roll the coated biscuit balls in the grated Parmesan cheese, then arrange them on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.

                Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on top.

                  Once out of the oven, brush any remaining garlic butter over the tops of the cheesy bombs for extra flavor.
