Instructions
In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine the ripe avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
Blend the mixture on high until it becomes completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Ensure there are no chunks of avocado left.
Taste the mousse and adjust sweetness if desired, adding more maple syrup if you prefer it sweeter. Blend again to combine.
Once the mousse is smooth, transfer it into individual serving bowls or glasses.
Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow it to set and the flavors to meld.
Before serving, add your favorite toppings like shredded coconut, fresh berries, or chopped nuts for extra flavor and texture.
