Ingredients
  

2 cups coconut milk

1 cup fresh pineapple, diced

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon lime juice

1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut (optional)

1/2 cup crushed ice (for slushy texture)

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine coconut milk, diced pineapple, sugar, vanilla extract, and lime juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.

    If desired, stir in the shredded coconut for added texture and flavor.

      Pour the mixture into the Cuisinart Soft Serve Ice Cream & Slushy Maker.

        Turn on the machine and let it churn for about 20-25 minutes, or until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
