Ingredients

2 pounds cocktail sausages (smokies)

1 cup grape jelly

1 cup barbecue sauce

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix together the grape jelly, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.

Season the mixture with salt and pepper to your taste.

Place the cocktail sausages in the bottom of the crockpot, spreading them out evenly.

Pour the grape jelly mixture over the sausages, ensuring they are all coated evenly.

Cover the crockpot with the lid and cook on low setting for 4 hours, or on high setting for 2 hours, until the sausages are heated through and the sauce is bubbly.

Once cooked, stir gently to coat the sausages in the sauce again before serving.

Transfer the Smokies to a serving dish and garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired.

                Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 4-5 hours | Servings: 8-10

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the Smokies directly from the crockpot with toothpicks for easy serving. You can also place them on a decorative platter surrounded by fresh parsley for added visual appeal.
