1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 large egg

1 teaspoon garlic powder

8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup baby spinach

1 tablespoon olive oil

Prepare the Chicken: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Set up a coating station with three shallow bowls: add flour seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in the first; beaten egg in the second; and panko breadcrumbs in the third.

    Coat the Chicken: Take each chicken breast, dredge it in the seasoned flour, shake off any excess, dip it in the egg, then coat it in the panko breadcrumbs until fully covered. This will give the chicken a lovely crispy texture.
