1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Begin by washing and scrubbing the Yukon Gold potatoes well to remove any dirt. Pat them dry with a clean towel.

    Chop the potatoes into 1-inch cubes to ensure they cook evenly.

      In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until the potatoes are evenly coated with the seasoning.

        Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

          Once preheated, place the seasoned potato cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded to achieve maximum crispiness.
