Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth and well blended.
Fold in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, onion powder, and red pepper flakes (if using). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
