2 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

2 large eggs, beaten

Boil the Potatoes: In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the cubed potatoes and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let them cool slightly.

    Mash Mixture: In a mixing bowl, mash the boiled potatoes until smooth. Stir in the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until the ingredients are combined and creamy.

      Form the Puffs: Use your hands to shape the potato mixture into small balls or puffs, around 1-2 inches in size, ensuring they are packed tightly.
