Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

8 oz medium shells pasta

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 small onion, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the medium shells pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Stir in the minced garlic and ground beef, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes to reduce slightly.

Reduce heat to low, stir in the heavy cream, and mix well to combine. Bring back to a gentle simmer.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and gently fold everything together until the pasta is well-coated with the creamy beef mixture.

Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, allowing it to melt into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley for a fresh touch.
