Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles along the perforations.
Spoon about a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Top with a small dollop of cranberry sauce.
Roll the crescent from the wide end to the pointed end, encasing the filling completely.
Place the rolled crescents on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart.
Brush the tops of each crescent with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescents are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Garnish with fresh thyme leaves for a touch of color and flavor.
