Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

½ cup bacon bits (cooked and crumbled)

½ cup ranch dressing

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package (14 oz) pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped spinach, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.

Spoon the chicken mixture along one long side of the rectangle, leaving about 2 inches of dough clear at the edges.

Carefully fold the dough over the filling to create a pocket and pinch the edges to seal tightly. You can also use a fork to crimp the edges for added decoration.

Transfer the filled dough pocket to the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the top of the dough with the beaten egg to create a golden crust.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing into individual pieces.

                    Prep Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 40 mins | Servings: 4-6

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve warm with extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping. You can garnish the plate with some fresh spinach leaves for added color and freshness.
