Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 large pizza dough balls (store-bought or homemade)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out one pizza dough ball into a rectangle, approximately 1/4 inch thick.

Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto the center of the rectangle, leaving a border around the edges.

Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching to seal tightly. Make sure there are no openings.

Repeat steps 3 to 5 for the remaining dough balls and filling.

Place the sealed chicken bakes on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bakes are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
