1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

1 teaspoon matcha powder

2 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)

1/2 cup chocolate cookies, crushed (like Oreos)

1 cup ice cubes

Whipped cream for topping

Extra crushed cookies for garnish

Drizzle of chocolate syrup (optional)

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the milk, matcha powder, and sugar. Blend until the matcha and sugar are fully dissolved, and the mixture is smooth.

    Add the crushed cookies and ice cubes to the blender. Blend again until the mixture becomes frothy and creamy, and the ice is finely crushed.

      Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more sugar. Blend briefly if you add more.

        Pour the frappe into a tall glass.

          Top generously with whipped cream, then sprinkle some extra crushed cookies on top.

            For an extra touch, drizzle chocolate syrup over the whipped cream.

              Serve immediately with a straw or spoon.
