1/2 cup pineapple, finely diced

1/2 cup mango, finely diced

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1/4 cup toasted coconut flakes

In a large mixing bowl, combine the green cabbage, purple cabbage, grated carrot, pineapple, mango, and chopped cilantro. Mix until evenly distributed.

    In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
