Ingredients

1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)

1 cup coconut water

1/2 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender

4 cups water

Ice cubes

Lemon slices and lavender sprigs for garnish

Instructions

Infuse the Lavender: In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the dried lavender. Let it steep for about 15-20 minutes to infuse the water with the lavender flavor.

Strain the Infusion: After steeping, strain the lavender infusion through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl, discarding the lavender flowers.

Mix the Mocktail: In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice, coconut water, honey or agave syrup, and the strained lavender infusion. Stir well to combine all the flavors.

Add Water and Chill: Add the remaining 2 cups of cold water to the pitcher. Stir again and taste, adjusting sweetness if necessary.

Serve: Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the lavender lemonade mocktail over the ice.

Garnish: Add a slice of lemon and a sprig of lavender to each glass for a beautiful presentation.
