Ingredients

1 can (12.4 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls (8 rolls)

2 large eggs

1/4 cup milk (whole or almond)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon sugar (optional for extra sweetness)

Butter or non-stick spray (for greasing)

Maple syrup, for serving

Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.

Prepare the Cinnamon Rolls: Open the can of cinnamon rolls and separate them. Cut each roll into quarters and set aside.

Make the Egg Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and sugar (if using) until fully combined.

Coat the Dough Pieces: Take the quartered cinnamon roll pieces and dip them into the egg mixture, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Allow any excess to drip off.

Arrange in Baking Dish: Place the coated cinnamon roll pieces into the greased baking dish in a single layer, spreading them out evenly.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed. Make sure to check for doneness with a toothpick; it should come out clean.

Prepare for Serving: Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

Drizzle with Icing: Open the icing packet that came with the cinnamon rolls and drizzle it over the baked bites while they're still warm.

Dust with Powdered Sugar: For an extra touch, dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Serve: Serve warm with maple syrup on the side for dipping.
