In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, halved cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, and dried oregano. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting to your palate.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, lay out the whole wheat flatbreads.
Evenly spread the chicken and spinach mixture over each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
Place the flatbreads in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the cheese is slightly melted.
Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes.
Drizzle the top with plain Greek yogurt and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
