500g ground chicken

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 small onion, finely diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 egg, beaten

3 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, diced onion, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

    Add the beaten egg to the mixture and combine thoroughly—this will help bind the patties together.

      Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 2 cm thick. You should get approximately 8 patties.

        Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the patties in the skillet, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan.

          Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked thoroughly. Ensure that the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).

            Once cooked, transfer the patties to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
