3 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded

8 ounces egg noodles

2 cups broccoli florets, blanched

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup milk (or chicken broth)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup crispy fried onions (for topping)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large pot, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, blanched broccoli, cooked noodles, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well coated.

        Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish, spreading it evenly.

          Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese over the top of the noodle mixture.

            Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

              Remove the casserole from the oven and top with crispy fried onions. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to crisp up the onions.

                Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color.
