Ingredients

2 cups rotini pasta

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

3 cups alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Broccoli: In a separate pot, steam or blanch the broccoli florets for about 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.

Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, broccoli, alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix until everything is evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of the casserole.

Bake: Cover the dish with aluminum foil, leaving a small gap to let steam escape, and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Once baked, let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley for a pop of color.

                  Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 50 minutes | Servings: 6-8

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve the casserole directly from the baking dish, or scoop it onto individual plates. Add a sprinkle of extra Parmesan and a side of garlic bread for a complete meal!
