1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

      Using your hands, take a small handful of the meat mixture and flatten it in your palm to make a small patty.

        Place a piece of mozzarella cheese in the center of the patty, then fold the edges over to encase the cheese completely. Roll it into a ball and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all the mixture has been used.

          Bake the meatloaf bites in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C) and they are golden brown.

            Remove the meatloaf bites from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
