1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

2 large eggs, beaten

Cooking oil for frying

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, shredded cheddar, and grated Parmesan.

    Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to the cheese mixture. Stir until well combined.

      Use your hands to form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) from the cheese mixture, placing them on a lined baking sheet.

        In a shallow dish, place the all-purpose flour. In another shallow dish, place the beaten eggs, and in a third dish, put the breadcrumbs.

          Roll each cheese ball in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Ensure they are well covered.

            Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the cheese balls in batches, frying until golden brown and crisp, about 2-3 minutes per side.

              Use a slotted spoon to transfer them to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

                Serve warm, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
