Ingredients

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 head of garlic

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Slice the top off the head of garlic, exposing the cloves, and place it on a piece of aluminum foil. Drizzle with olive oil and wrap it tightly in the foil. Roast in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the cloves are soft and caramelized.

Once roasted, let the garlic cool slightly, then squeeze the cloves out into a mixing bowl.

Add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, dried thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the roasted garlic.

Using a hand mixer or a fork, blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy, ensuring the garlic is well incorporated.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish (about 8x8 inches or similar) and smooth out the top.

Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

Once done, remove from oven and let it sit for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
