Ingredients

1 can of pizza dough (or homemade pizza dough)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, approximately 1/4 inch thick.

Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the surface of the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Layer the sliced pepperoni over the cheese, followed by sprinkling grated Parmesan and Italian seasoning.

Starting from one edge, carefully roll the dough tightly into a log shape. Pinch the edges to seal the roll securely.

Using a sharp knife, slice the roll into 1-inch pieces and place them on the prepared baking sheet, cut side up.

In a small bowl, mix the olive oil with minced garlic, then brush the mixture over the tops of the rolls for added flavor.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
