Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

1 cup spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.

Lay out a tortilla on a clean surface and add a layer of spinach leaves in the center. Spoon about 1/4 of the cheesy chicken mixture on top of the spinach. Add a sprinkle of diced tomatoes and some grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to create a wrap. Repeat this process for the remaining tortillas and filling.

In a skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Place the wraps seam side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the wraps from the skillet, let them cool slightly, then slice them diagonally in half for serving.

            Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4

              - Presentation Tips: Serve the wraps on a platter with a side of marinara sauce for dipping and garnish with fresh herbs, such as parsley or basil, for an extra touch of flavor and color.
