4 hot dog sausages

1 large pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup pizza sauce

1/2 cup diced bell peppers (mixed colors)

1/2 cup sliced black olives

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the hot dog sausages and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to make a rectangle, approximately 12x16 inches. Transfer the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
