Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

4 slices garlic bread (store-bought or homemade)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Optional: Sliced tomatoes and lettuce for topping

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked and shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, parsley, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.

Place two slices of garlic bread in the skillet, cut-side up.

Generously spread half of the chicken and cheese mixture on top of each slice of garlic bread in the skillet.

Top each with another slice of garlic bread, cut-side down, to create a sandwich.

Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the bottom bread is golden brown and crispy.

Carefully flip the sandwiches using a spatula, pressing down gently, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the other side is also crispy and the cheese has melted.

Remove from the skillet and slice each sandwich in half diagonally.

If desired, add sliced tomatoes and lettuce before serving for a fresh addition.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 25 minutes | Servings: 2 sandwiches

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve the sandwiches on a wooden board with a side of extra cheese for dipping and a sprinkle of fresh parsley on top for a burst of color. Enjoy!
